Work Continues on Berm at Post 177

2006 - Work was underway this weekend
on the South end of the property. The berm, designed to
divert water runoff away from the Post home was being
constructed by Michael Wheeler, Buck Weaver, Rad Smith,
and several other
members. The berm stretches from the very front of
the property to the back of the building.

Bird Dinner a Huge Success |

Danced All Night to Classic Songs and a Caribbean Theme. |

Legion Post 177 had a record turnout at Friday
night's Early Bird Dinner & Dance.
Attendees feasted on Prime Rib, Baked Stuffed
Shrimp, Fried Oysters, and all the
trimmings. It is estimated that nearly 300

No Sunday
Breakfast Buffet in November
|
|
There
will be no Sunday breakfast buffet this month due to
construction projects scheduled in the ballroom during
that time period. The breakfast buffet was scheduled for
November 13th and would have been served by the American
Legion.
The
monthly Sunday breakfast buffet should resume as usual in
December. Post 177 regrets any
inconvenience this may cause. Please check
