patriotic float. |
Everybody
loves a parade and this year's City of Fairfax Independence Day
Parade was no exception for American Legion Post 177.
Legionnaires, Members of the Sons of the American Legion,
spouses and the children of members all got together to build
this year's float. It was a float to be proud of. (Many
thanks to everybody that helped).

The
Annual City of Fairfax Independence Day Parade is a
great time to show off your patriotic spirit. This
year's parade was extra special because it is the City
of Fairfax's 200 anniversary and Post 177's 60th
anniversary year. The parade's theme this year was
200 Years-Bursting with Pride!
